To make your ordering experience as effortless as possible, we’ve provided detailed information about placing an order on Mugler.co.uk.
The products L’Oréal offers for sale on the Mugler Website are intended for your personal use, in no direct relation to your professional activity. In this respect, you should note that your order must not exceed a total of £500.00. Moreover, you may only order a maximum of five (5) products with the same reference during a single sale and over a period of one month and a maximum of 2 orders per day. If the order exceeds the aforementioned amount and/or number, the order shall be deemed invalid.

Unfortunately at this time we do not accept international credit cards issued from other countries.

You have reached the UK website and although our products are sold worldwide, we are unable to assist with enquiries from outside the United Kingdom. You can only order products from the website in the country in which you reside. MUGLER currently offers ecommerce websites in France, the United States of America and the United Kingdom.
Unfortunately we do not offer an international product online mail order service at this time.
You may view your order history by signing into My Account and selecting Order History from the left hand selection bar.
If you have a promotional coupon code that can be redeemed from MUGLER, please enter the code in the Promotion Code field at the cart stage of the checkout. The promotion will be reflected in the subsequent checkout pages. If you would like to receive updates on special promotions, please sign up to the MUGLER Newsletter.
Please note that only one promotion code can be redeemed per order. We are not able to retrospectively add promotions to a past order - if a promotion was not redeemed at the time the order was placed, we are unable to update the order with a promotion at a later stage.
