The Circle, Mugler’s loyalty programme invites you to earn stars for your purchases and engagement that can be exchanged for exclusive rewards. To join, simply create an online account on mugler.co.uk and subscribe to the Loyalty Programme.

By joining the Mugler Circle Loyalty Programme as a Mugler Insider, you unlock a range of benefits based on your Level within the program. The higher the Level you achieve by earning Stars, the greater the advantages you'll enjoy.
These benefits include access to exclusive content and early offers, a special welcome offer upon joining, four exclusive Insider Days offers each year, a birthday gift, opportunities to be invited to iconic experiences, and so much more.

You can earn Stars through your transactions on the Mugler website or by engaging with the loyalty programme. Engaging activities include subscribing to the programme, registering for the newsletter, completing your birthday date and writing a review. The number of Stars you earn determines your Level and unlocks specific advantages. You can then redeem your Stars for exclusive gifts in the online Reward Boutique. Visit the "How to Earn Stars" page in your account for more details.

To redeem your Stars, simply go to your account and click on the "Reward Boutique". You'll see the rewards you're eligible for based on your Stars balance. Choose the reward you want, and it will be added to your cart. Provide your postal address, and your reward will be delivered to your doorstep in a few days.

Your Stars will remain in your Loyalty account as long as you are active within an 18-month period. Being active means earning new Stars or redeeming them in the Reward Boutique. If you become inactive for 18 months (no new Star earnings or redemptions), your Level status and Stars will be reset to zero, and you'll be downgraded to Level 1.

However, if you become inactive for 18 months with no new Star earnings or Star redemptions in the Reward Boutique, you will lose your Level status and all your Stars. You will be downgraded to Level 1 with zero Stars.

Most rewarded actions update your Stars balance in real-time on your dashboard. However, for online purchases, Stars will be reflected within 48 hours after your order is shipped. For Fountain Refill ticket declarations, Stars will appear in your account once the ticket is validated by customer care, which may take 3 to 5 days.

Stars can expire if you become inactive for 18 months, meaning no new Star earnings or redemptions in the Reward Boutique within that period.

No, Stars are not transferable once they are added to your account.

Yes, you can earn Stars on both online and offline purchases. Online purchases earn Stars automatically after order shipment. For offline purchases, you can earn Stars by registering the Unique Code found in the product packaging or by uploading your Fountain Refill ticket online.

• You can earn Stars for your online purchases, those Stars will be automatically attributed after the order shipment
• You can earn Stars also for your offline purchases by declaring on the website:
  • Your product Unique Code. All our products have a unique code inside their pack, you can register this number online to get Stars.
  • Your purchase at the Fountain are also taken into account, you can upload your Fountain Refill ticket online to get Stars

To disenroll from Mugler Circle, log in to your online account and go to your profile info. You'll find the option to disenroll from the program there. Disenrolling will result in the loss of your current Stars, Tier status, and advantages. If you wish to re-enroll within 18 months with the same personal information, your account and previous Points & Tiers status will be reactivated.

If you are a member transitioning from the old loyalty programme to the new loyalty programme, your tier within the new programme is determined by your participation in the old programme, considering your lifetime purchases and receipt declarations with Mugler UK.

​If you are a new member joining The Circle, your journey will start on the first tier -The Explorer Insider.

​All members will receive 20 Stars upon enrolment to The Circle. Additionally:

1. If you enrolled in email communication, you will receive an extra 60 Stars.​
2. If you entered your date of birth, you will receive additional 20 Stars.​
