The Mugler Circle Loyalty Program is an invitation to enter a journey to fantasy. By becoming a Mugler Insider you will dive into fearless adventures, extraordinary experiences and enjoy addicitive rewards. To join the program you must create an online account on mugler.com and subscribe to the Loyalty Program.

By becoming a Mugler Insider, you will enjoy many benefits depending the Level you are part of.

The more Stars you earn, the highest Level you join and the highest advantages you can enjoy.

Among the advantages: access to exclusive content and offer pre-access, a welcome offer once you join the program, exclusive offer 4 times per year through Insider Days, a gift for your birthday, possibility to be invited to iconic experiences and much more.

Once part of the program, you have the possibility to earn Stars for :

• Your transactions (done on the Mugler website or through the declaration of your Unique Code / Fountain Refill ticket)
• Your engagement (subscribe to the program, register to the newsletter, complete your birthday date, write a review, refer a friend). Depending on the number or Stars earned, you will be part of a Level which will unlock specific advantages. And you will be able to redeem your Stars inside the online Reward Boutique for an exclusive gift.

To redeem your Stars, you must go in your account profile and select the "Reward Boutique" access. You will see all the rewards you are eligible to depending on the amount of Stars earned. Click on the reward you are interested in, it will be added automatically to your cart. The reward cart can not include any products sold on the website, only rewards. Fill in your postal address and that's it. You will receive in a few days your reward at home!

Your tier will be not affected by your Stars redemption as it takes into account only the Stars earned, not the Stars burned.

On the opposite, the reward boutique will update its Stars balance taking into account the Stars earned and burned.

Your Stars will remain in your Loyalty account as long as you are active: you earn new Stars or redeem them in the reward boutique within a period of 18 months

You will stay in your current tier as long as you are active : you earn new Stars or redeem them in the reward boutique within a period of 18 months.

And if during this activity period you earn enough Stars to reach an higher Level, you will switch automatically for this new Level.

After 18 months of inactivity with the brand (no new Star earned, or no Star redemption in the reward boutique), you will lose your Level status and all your Stars. You will be with 0 Star and downgrade to Level 1.

For most of the rewarded actions, Stars will be updated in your dashboard in realtime. Except for:

• The online purchases: Stars will be reflected in your loyalty account up to 48h after your order shipment.
• The Fountain Refill ticket declaration: Stars will be reflected in your loyalty account once, the ticket is validated by the customer care which can takes 3 to 5 days.

Stars can expire if you become inactive: no new Stars earned or no redemtpion of your Stars in the reward boutique within a period of 18 months.

Once Stars are added to your account, they are not transferable

Yes.

• You can earn Stars for your online purchases, those Stars will be automatically attributed after the order shipment
• You can earn Stars also for your offline purchases by declaring on the website:
  • Your product Unique Code. All our products have a unique code inside their pack, you can register this number online to get Stars.
  • Your purchase at the Fountain are also taken into account, you can upload your Fountain Refill ticket online to get Stars

To Disenroll from Mugler Circle, please log in to your Online account.

In your profile info, you will have the possibility to disenroll from the program.

By disenrolling, you will lose your current Stars, Tier status and advantages.

You may re-enroll with us at any time from ‘My Account’ section of your Mugler website account.

If you do so within 18 months, with the same personal information, your account with your previous Points & Tiers status will be reactivated.
