Find your products. This can be done through our site navigation, search engine and product finder.
Add the product to your shopping bag. Select your desired size or form (if applicable) and then click ‘Add to bag.’ A window will appear confirming that the product has been added to your shopping bag. You can then continue shopping and browsing the site. To view the contents of your shopping bag, click on ‘View shopping bag'. Please note that the site limits orders to three pieces of any one product and a maximum value of £300.
View your shopping bag. You can access this at any time by clicking the ‘Shopping bag’ icon at the top right of every page. Here, you can modify quantities and add or delete items. You can also select from a range of complimentary samples to add to every order.To continue to purchase, click the ‘Proceed’button and follow the checkout steps.
Place your order. After your order has been submitted, a ‘Thank you’page will be displayed confirming that your order was received. You will also receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact our Customer Service Team for help.
If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping bag. If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you by e-mail and you will only be charged for the products you receive.
Don't forget your complimentary samples .During checkout you can choose up to 3 complimentary samples with your order.Your samples will be automatically added to your shopping bag and you will see them listed along with your purchased products on the Order Confirmation page.If your order is not completed during this visit, the samples will be removed from your shopping bag and may no longer be available when you return to complete your order. Samples are not redeemable for cash. If you do not wish to select any samples,just click on ‘Proceed’ to go directly to checkout. Due to the limited nature of samples, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order.
Occasionally there may be a specific alphanumeric code associated with an Online promotion that you will need to use to redeem the offer. There may be a minimum spend qualifier (shipping is excluded). Please note that Online Gift Vouchers are not considered merchandise and do not count towards your minimum spend. Enter this code in the promotional code field on the billing page during the checkout process. You will see the promotion reflected in your shopping bag on the order confirmation page. Promotional codes may be case sensitive. Promotional codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. All promotional products are only available whilst stocks last.
Gift Wrap service
If your order is a gift, you can choose to have it wrapped in one of our elegant black gift boxes. You can also choose to add a free gift card with a personalised message. Simply click ‘Yes’ next to ‘Is this a gift’ on the delivery details page during checkout and select ‘Gift Wrap’ or ‘Gift Message.’ Please note that some larger items may not be eligible for gift wrapping. Multiple items within a gift order will be presented as one gift package. Gift wrap charges are not included towards the minimum spend of any promotion.
Have you recently purchased a Thierry Mugler Parfums product?
Find the unique code located inside each Thierry Mugler Parfums product box. This code consists of 11 characters. Make sure you do not mistake a 5 (five) for an S, or a 0 (zero) for a D.
Are you a Circle member but have not yet created your online space?
A personal code is included with each mailing that we send you. This code replaces the unique code you used when you registered. It is very simple to use: just enter your personal code into the unique code field found on the Circle homepage. Keep your original receipt and send it to us by mail at the below mailing address, accompanied by a filled-out Circle card, which you may download and print by following the link below. You will receive a message from the Circle containing your personal code, which will allow you to create your online space.

I refilled my bottle in store at the Souce, how should I proceed ?
If you refilled your bottle at the Source and do not have a Unique Code or if you cannot register online: Register your purchase by using the following proof of purchase form and send this to us by mail, along with a copy of your original receipt to:

The Customer Service team will take into consideration your form and advise you on the next steps, although note this may take between 3-4 weeks. Once your account has been created a special Source section will allow you to register your refills with ease.
