Returns | Information on Returns
Refunds will only be made against the original credit or debit card used.
• If you require a product replacement because of a Thierry Mugler error (product damaged, wrong product shipped, faulty device/container) please send us back your products within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of standard return delivery and send you a replacement order with free delivery.
• If you require a full refund because of a Thierry Mugler error ( product damaged, wrong product shipped, faulty device/container) please send us back your products within 30 days of receipt. We will give you a full refund, including the delivery costs - provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.
• For the return of a Coffret or Beauty Set purchased Online, please note that you will be able to ask for a full refund only if you are returning all products from the set. However if one of the products is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please send it back for a free replacement.
• For the return of an order with a faulty texture/fragrance/allergy, please notify us immediately by calling our Thierry Mugler Customer Service Team on 01279 774240 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will explain to you how to return your products to our offices.
• If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied (product does not meet your expectations or you do not like the gift you’ve received), you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days from the day of receipt. You will be refunded for your products and initial delivery costs. Please note that return costs won’t be reimbursed.
Engraved items cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty.
We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at Mugler.com; we are unable to process returns for purchases made from any other outlet.
Please note that you must retain proof of postage for all returns.
Your return request will be processed promptly.
• Returns are processed within 5-6 business days of receipt.
• An e-mail will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.

Love it or return it
**If you wish to return the fragrance it must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The packaging must be in it’s orignal condition and should not be opened. To return the product please complete and enclose the returns form with the fragrance and post to : Westex Ltd (E commerce), Unit 1, Temple House, Riverway, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2EY. Please note that return costs won’t be reimbursed
