LOYALTY PROGRAM | MY STARS

After logging in to My Account, go to the "LOYALTY PROGRAM"  section where you will see your collected Stars and promotional codes. 

1) "Pending" status: Your Stars will remain pending until the end of the return policy period (30 days). Your Stars will be credited to your account after this time.

2) "Acquired" status Once the return policy period of 30 days has passed, your Stars will be credited to your account.

MY STARS Your Stars are valid for two years from the date they are obtained. After this time, they will be forfeited and deducted from your balance.

3) "Used" status Once you have reached 150 Stars, you will automatically receive a £15 online gift voucher redeemable towards your next order at www.mugler.com. Once your code has been received, Stars will be deducted from your balance.  You may access your balance of Stars in the "LOYALTY PROGRAM" section under My Account. Mugler Stars have no cash value and may only be used within the context of Mugler.com loyalty program at www.mugler.com. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions and are not transferable to other people. This promotional code may only be redeemed once and cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Only one £15-promotional code can be used per order. Promotional codes are valid for a period of a year. After this time, they will be forfeited and may no longer be used on www.mugler.com. Should a product be returned, Stars collected from your order will not be credited to your account. Stars will not be collected toward the purchase of e-gift certificates.

Have you recently purchased a Thierry Mugler Parfums product?
Find the unique code located inside each Thierry Mugler Parfums product box. This code consists of 11 characters. Make sure you do not mistake a 5 (five) for an S, or a 0 (zero) for a D.

Are you a Circle member but have not yet created your online space?

A personal code is included with each mailing that we send you. This code replaces the unique code you used when you registered. It is very simple to use: just enter your personal code into the unique code field found on the Circle homepage. Did you refill your bottle at The Source? Did the product you purchased not come with a unique code?

Keep your original receipt and send it to us by mail at the below mailing address, accompanied by a filled-out Circle card, which you may download and print by following the link below. You will receive a message from the Circle containing your personal code, which will allow you to create your online space.

How to register

MUGLER

Each MUGLER * product has a unique code printed on the inside flap of your MULER product box.

  • - Locate the of 11 characters unique code on the inside flap of your MUGLER product box.
  • - Make sure you enter your unique code with no spaces, in uppercase.
  • - Make sure you do not mistake a 5 (five) for a S, or a 0 (zero) for a D.

* Except samples, travel formats, makeup, Mirror Mirror Collection, accessories, ready to wear.

I refilled my bottle in store at the Souce, how should I proceed ?

If you refilled your bottle at the Source and do not have a Unique Code or if you cannot register online: Register your purchase by using the following proof of purchase form and send this to us by mail, along with a copy of your original receipt to:

The Customer Service team will take into consideration your form and advise you on the next steps, although note this may take between 3-4 weeks. Once your account has been created a special Source section will allow you to register your refills with ease.
