How are fragrance bottles engraved?

Thierry Mugler Parfums is offering a unique service to personalise your favourite fragrance bottles. Engraving is done by machine.

 

What can I engrave on my fragrance bottle?

Your fragrance bottle will be engraved in Universe font, size 11. You can choose to use both uppercase and lowercase letters as well as numbers and special characters. You can also choose pictograms from the selection offered. Unfortunately, we cannot engrave any personal pictograms. 

The number of characters that can be engraved depends on the fragrance bottle that you wish to personalise. It varies between 13 and 45 characters. 

The number of characters that each pictogram uses depends on the size of the pictogram, varying between 1 and 5 characters. 

The engraving will be located approximately as shown on the image on the product page. The colour (white or black) on the product page image is used for information only and is non-contractual. All engravings are frosted only, we do not offer colour engraving. Engraving is done by machine. 

 

How long does it take to engrave a fragrance bottle?

Please allow up to 10 days for standard delivery and up to 5 days for express delivery. 

 

How much does engraving cost?

Engraving costs £12 per bottle, whatever the length of your message. 

 

What is the engraving return, refund and exchange policy?

Engraved items cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty. Please check your spelling and icons carefully before adding the product to your shopping bag.

 

How do I know which fragrances can be engraved? 

Please click on the link below for the list of items that may be engraved. The engraving is available only for items purchased on www.mugler.com Fragrances can be engraved only at the time of purchase at www.mugler.com Unfortunately, we cannot engrave an item that was previously purchased, even if it was purchased from our website.

Can special offers be used in conjunction with engraving?

When a separate offer is running on the website, engraving does not contribute to the overall basket value. For example, if a gift with purchase offer is running at the time, your total basket value must meet the minimum spend requirement excluding engraving in order to qualify for the offer or gift.

The same rule also applies to Free Shipping, your total basket value must total over £50.00 without the engraving in order to qualify for free shipping.

Have you recently purchased a Thierry Mugler Parfums product?
Find the unique code located inside each Thierry Mugler Parfums product box. This code consists of 11 characters. Make sure you do not mistake a 5 (five) for an S, or a 0 (zero) for a D.

Are you a Circle member but have not yet created your online space?

A personal code is included with each mailing that we send you. This code replaces the unique code you used when you registered. It is very simple to use: just enter your personal code into the unique code field found on the Circle homepage. Did you refill your bottle at The Source? Did the product you purchased not come with a unique code?

Keep your original receipt and send it to us by mail at the below mailing address, accompanied by a filled-out Circle card, which you may download and print by following the link below. You will receive a message from the Circle containing your personal code, which will allow you to create your online space.

How to register

Each MUGLER * product has a unique code printed on the inside flap of your MULER product box.


- Locate the of 11 characters unique code within your MUGLER product box.

- Make sure you enter your unique code with no spaces.

- Make sure you do not mistake a 5 (five) for an S, or a 0 (zero) for a D.

* Except samples, travel formats, makeup, Mirror Mirror Collection, accessories, ready to wear.

HOW SHOULD I PROCEED ?

If you refill your bottle at the Source and do not have a Unique Code or if you cannot register online: Register your purchase by using the following proof of purchase form and mail this to us along with your original receipt to:

Once processed by our team, you will receive a message from The Circle containing your unique code, which will allow you either create an account on the CIRCLE or will allow you to register your points. The Customer Service team will take into consideration your mail and advise you on the next steps, although note this may take between 2-3 weeks. Once your account has been created a special Source section will allow you to register your refills with ease.
